Spring/Mother's Day Baby Swap

Wow! It's a good thing they found it before it paralyzed or killed you! If they had found it a year earlier I bet it would have been a much easier and safer surgery! What a blessing that you have your daughter!

My 4 hour Chiari surgery took 6 hours because the Dr. nicked an artery. But I guess it's not totally his fault because he said my arteries are not where they're supposed to be. Guess that explains why I had an artery nicked during my hysterectomy. Took 2 additional surgeries to fix that mistake. I make my family very nervous waiting in the surgical waiting rooms.

I'm encouraged with the way my rooting is going. I HOPE it continues to go well, I've got a lot of head to cover in a couple weeks!

Yes my post on the previous page kinda got buried in the midst............. lol. Quoting it here so can get answered. I am almost ready to take final pics and then package mine up.

Obviously the final word will come from Karen, but she put "All babies must be shipped between April 27th and May 4th 2012" so I imagine if you got it out on the 27th, that would be soon enough, since that is a whole week time frame, and it takes about a week or so for international. (I could be wrong...?)

I am so anxious to get mine out in the mail...eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!~

I am thinking 27th is getting a bit tight for International , just need a slight delay and it won't make it for Mothers day.

Speaking of the warden, where is she? Figured she'd be done rooting my baby by now! (Wish I was done rooting hers!)

she has family visiting, so might be MIA for the Easter weekend. ill go let her know you guys have some questions needing answered though

Babies aren't to be sent out before the date unless prior arrangement made with me, this includes International.

Ladies, keep this thread about the swap, not about headaches, chiari or anything else. Janie, I am not doing YOUR baby so don't worry about that.

We still have one check in to go, ladies. Do not send out any babies until then at least.

You're not making my baby?! Wasn't worried one bit - just joshing! But... all this time I've been excited to be getting a baby from you! I know I will love my baby no matter who makes him/her! I've been thrilled with every swap baby I've gotten!

Sorry we went off topic. I do like to talk about Chiari. If I had heard of it sooner I would have been diagnosed sooner, since I, like many Chiarians, diagnosed myself through years of websearching!
