That's what I am doing, I picked my partner's dream baby. Buying it on payday.

Same here, I narrowed it down to two I'm waiting a bit to order mine, although a couple are hard to get right now. So I'm hoping to sell a baby first and use that money. Though if not, no worries I'll just order it. Hopefully in that time it'll be easier to find the hard to get ones. I thought about the dream kit too???? That's readily available. Hummm what to buy, what to buy.....

You don't need to have the kit you are doing by then, but you must know which kit you are doing by then.


Still waiting to hear from two members reply to the swap partner info email I sent out. Everybody else has replied.

Oh cool! I know the 3rd was first check point but the one I'm leaning towards is one of the hard ones. It's one of the two I'm undecided about.

Nope. Dream baby is out of reach. I will wait a few weeks to see if 3 of her other favs (especially the one I want to reborn!) will be released in time!

Might be making my decission on Feb. 3rd!

I know what kit, now it's just having the money to get it.

I'm getting excited about who has who and which baby they are going to get and I'm not even involved in the swap!! How many ladies ended up signing up anyway??

19 or 20-reason I am unsure is because I counted three times and came up with three different numbers.

I have times like that! I'll be knitting something and I count my stitches 3 times and I get x number of stitches and I should have y instead, so I add a stitch. The next round, I count again and I have x+1 now! I really don't see how it works, but it has happened to me too many times to count!

Karen - 19 or 20 are TWO numbers. What is the 3rd number???

When I was knitting Harry's scarf, I had that a lot. I thought it was because it was my first knitting project!

I don't even have my swap person's kit yet, but I'm already excited to see all the awesome box openings! This is going to be so much fun!!!

Beats me why people place kit preferences on for kits that are not yet released. We all know that kit releases can get delayed and things go wrong. Definitely makes it very hard on the people who receive those partners.

Just bought and paid for my kit for my swap buddy. So someone is going to be getting their dream baby.

Yay! So my Annie is getting adopted, and thanks to her new mommy sending me my first payment, I was able to order my swap partner's kit!

I had 2 pre-orders on my list - but they are due any day.

I know it is extremely unlikely that I will get my dream baby, but I still have my fingers crossed, and my toes and my eyes..... I am so, so excited about this swap!!!!! I can't wait to order my partner's kit and get started!
