Pita Pizza Yep, you read it correctly! this is a diet version of pizza we can all have on our dolly diet.
Take a 6 inch Pita bread, spread with tomato puree, season with garlic, basil, oregano, pizza seasoning, whatever you like. Load up with fresh chopped veggies of your choice, sprinkle with 1 tsp grated parmesan cheese and add a generous s prinkle of low fat mozzarella, bake at 375 deg till cheese melted and bubbly and enjoy. Guilt free with all the flavor of Pizza! You can also add some turkey pepperoni if you like. Serving is the whole thing plus a salad and beverage of your choice.
