I already open my email in my laptop and view the Ebook (Have NOT download just saw), BUT then I opened in iPad, I cannot open the attachment.

Question :
Can I download on laptop and my iPad ?

That's all I use is my iPad. You can download the kindle app free and use that or as pia said iBooks. Both work great.
