Ebook help

l bought the premature baby ebook and payed with paypal but l can find it in my account it says Processing but the payment has cleared l checked Help

Just looked and l still can't download the ebook should l cancle payment and try ordering again

Go back to the store and Log in there. Go to My Account then History or Order History. You should see the download button next to the product. It will open another page. When the page is finished loading, hover your mouse on the bottom right side until a black bar comes up. Choose the icon that looks like a floppy disc to save to your computer.

l went back in and the download button was shown have now saved it to my computer thanks for your help
