Who did the Popeye in the character contest?

I just loved him ,he was my favorite he looked just like in the old cartoons when they showed Popeye as a baby,Loved ,loved him !!!!! I think I know by the tats on his arm who might have done him.

He is now Toby and lives with Carolyn Duff in Manchester Michigan.
Barb did a wonderful job on him and his skintones and even that huge mouth of his looks real! His expression seems to change too. One time you look at him and he is angry, another sad and another laughing a belly laugh. Just adorable!

Popeye the Sailor Baby was such a cutie too. The sculpt was perfect for a baby Popeye. I loved his skintone and outfit was so adorable. This contest was so hard to vote for! Barb did a great job on that little Popeye!
