WTG Barb !!

Just wanted to thank Lara for the beautiful Petit Ami dress. It arrived yesterday and I am dressing my Felicia Clymer up in it right now! I will post a photo here and in the Cozy Lounge as soon as the sun decides to peek out of the gloom today. Thanks again to Lara for having this fun contest. I enjoyed everyone`s photos and will be referring to them for my painting.

Here is my little Felicia by Shawna Clymer modeling the gown Lara sent me. It is very pale creamy yellow with smocked neckline and tiny embroidered flowers on hem. It is a newborn size, so it is a little roomy for Felicia, it is pinned in the back. I reborned Felicia with the Fairy Class palette. The sun did not co-operate today, this is the best I could get. Thanks again Lara for the sweet outfit, I love it and so does Felicia!

Kym, I forgot to add that I crocheted the blanket too. I did the whole thing last night with a new type of baby yarn by Bernat called Baby Blanket. It is a super bulky size chenille type yarn, very soft! I used the pattern on the package, it is a big modified granny square basically.

Beautiful Baby Barb ...I love the Felicia Clymer kit! I did one for my Mother in law for Christmas & bought an extra for me as a keeper (actually hubby bought them for us, God bless him. I gotta give him the credit really, lol.) That sculpt reminds me sooo much of my daughter around that age...except my daughter was bald as a cue ball, even velco barettes wouldn't stay on her little shiny melon

Thank you Michelle. Felicia is still wearing the gown, the others are so jealous! I just love this sculpt too, so peaceful looking. She will be showing off a special outfit soon that Rachel is making just for her! And yes, my own son was bald until he was 18 mos. Now he is 35 and bald again!
