| I'm just wondering if there is a set kit for each class that you have to use or can we improvise as long as skin tones/styles are similar? | |

| You don't have to buy a particular kit with the class but you can get close to skin tone, etc. unless its a class on a particular type of vinyl(like the ME class is using real effect vinyl). In order to enter into the contest at the end of the class, you have to use the kit Lara says, but, for example, the Oh You Beautiful Doll class is using Ilaria for the class contest, but if you don't want to enter the contest you can use any peach vinyl kit. | |

| You can pretty much use any kit you want in the classes. The recommended kit is the only kit you can use for the contest, though. I do that as an incentive to purchase a certain kit, so we can get discounts from the dealers. | |

| Plus Dolls By Sandie will always give us $10 off for the certain kit. If I go direct to the sculptor, like Adrie or Clymer for the Fairy, I can get a better discount for us, based on how many I buy. It's not necessary for the class, though. | |
