Newbie reborn artist here, Working on my very first baby right now I have been rooting for the past 4hrs straight and I have to say of everything i hate rooting the most.
Hopefully I'll get better and meet people here to help along the way. I am also a collector and have 2 babies in my collection and they are the reason i fell in love with this hobby and art.

Welcome Danielle - rooting is indeed the tedious part of the reborning process. It usually takes me 20 hours to root a new born size head so I definitely feel your pain. Hope you will show off your baby when you are finished.

Hi Danielle, Welcome to REAL! welcome Yep ,20 to 25 hours of rooting is about right for a newborn head. I usually root while watching T V. So glad you could join us! dancingbaby Kathy

Welcome, Danielle! Rooting takes a while to get the hang of. Hope you haven't broken too many needles, LOL!! I look forward to seeing pics of your new baby.

Hi Danielle and welcome to REAL!!

welcome :real:  weeeeee!  welcome  :real:

Yes!! Rooting is my least favorite part of the whole reborning process too, but it makes such a huge step in making your reborn come to life! (in my humble opinion anyways).. :P
