I am gonna set a standard deadline for each month. For each monthly contest the 15'th will be the deadline.
Contests will be up by the 20'th and run 10 days. Even if a poll is running, pics will still be accepted.
I will post reminders and such each month but from now on a standard date will be set for monthly contests.
