Santa came to my house!!

Santa delivered my darling baby yesterday and oh my gosh ... the baby and her layette are just beautiful!

To Barb!!!

And here starts the pictures ... I hope they are in order!

Outside of the box with all sorts of Merry Christmas's!!

Here's all the packages! Looks like lots of goodies for me!


This is a candy bar and in case you can't read it ... this side says "What all reborners need so they can buy all the new kits!" I thought ... huh??


Then I turned it over and saw this side!! What a hoot and soooooo true!!


Here's what was in the other packages! Headbands and a red and green pacifier, red Santa dress and Santa hat, and a super soft pink sleeper for her to snuggle into! Oh and the most adorable little snowman!


Now on to the bundle of red ... whoever could it be??


The blanket says it's Santa's little helper!


I see some fingers poking out! She's as impatient as me, it seems!!


And there she is!! It's Rowan!!! Woo hoo!!!!


She arrived in a yellow onesie with Hello Kitty on it, a Hello Kitty crocheted hat, a gorgeous full tutu with red/green/yellow mixed in with the white, and a little stuffed Hello Kitty!!


And here's Santa's little helper all dressed up and ready to greet the season!!

How fun another Rowan! I'm loving this sculpt. I LOVE that red and white Christmas outfit! She looks like she is ready for a sleigh ride! Congratulations.

I'm so happy you like her!!! She was a lot of fun to make!!! I was ok till I put her together...then I fell in love!!!! Please tell me what you have named her, so that I can make her birth certificate!!!

Little stinker isn't *speaking* to me yet so I might have to ask my 6 yr old grand daughter if she can get an answer out of the baby! I cuddle her and look at her and she just stares up at me like I'm the one that should know what her name is. Silly baby!

And Barb, I had a HUGE giggle about the 'knock off' nickname! The first two babies I gave nicknames to were Ladybug ... I called her Leadbutt because by the time I was done adding beads to her arms, legs, head, and tummy ... she weighed in at over 13 pounds!! HOLY COW!!!

The other was a baby I did for last year's Christmas swap. She was a kit from Secrist and omg!! She was so peach she was orange! Every single layer of paint I did, I had to add a tiny bit of blue otherwise she persisted in reverting to her *cough* peach heritage!! So I named her Marmalade! LOL

I LOVE her!
I especially love her outfits, and her Santa outfit is adorable beyond words! Barb always comes up with the most adorable outfits! Of course her babies are to die for anyway, but then the outfits are so special.

I know this baby was a pure labor of love as I was the "go to" person for Barb so Sharon would still be surprised. She was a difficult child, Sharon. Barb went through many eyes trying to find ones that looked okay in her. She contacted the artist that you loved the look of Rowan at BB and was told those eyes she used came from an estate sale and were antique so that flew out the window. I know how nervous Barb was these past months, especially the past couple of weeks. Enjoy your problem child, Sharon! She was made with a lot of love.
