Newborn Baby E-book Question

I just purchased Lara's newborn baby e-book. I am reading it over and have one question so far.

Just what is a "berry maker" and where to I buy them? She uses them for the mottle work. I cannot tell by the photos if they are a brush or some other craft item.

The photo below is a berry maker. We cut the tip off to make a circular sponge like thingy.
