e-book question

I bought your e-book on painting native american skin tones. when I try ro get to it today, a message appears saying that I am forbidden to access this site. Am I doing something wrong? I love the book, just got everything I will need for it. Thanks much jodim

Did you save it to your computer?

I'm pretty sure I did, I've watched it a lot, I've been getting everything together to begin. I'm not good with the computer, it's on the bar at the top of the page and I've just clicked on that and it comes on. Then today I got the forbidden message.

If you saved it, did you look in my documents? where did you save it? I can resend it, but you need to save it to your computer.

Thanks, Lara, I need someone to look at what I have done here, I had an old giant computer that I could actually understand but it died so I got this little one and it is SO confusing. Hopefully someone can help me tomorrow.
