I'm running behind too Michelle. Been so busy working on custom orders, I almost forgot about Tabatha. I will be busting butt today to get her done.

Due to so much happening and such, especially with me losing my programs through a dead computer, I've had to push the deadline back a month. Pictures are now due by May 17th, 2012 for understanding.

I'm sorry you've had problems w/ your computer stuff, but pushing back the date totally works for me! I hope ya get everything worked out w/ your programs & computer.

Karen, so sorry to hear of your computer breaking. I was all set to finish Tabatha and get photos earlier this week but I got the flu instead! Every day I have been forcing myself to do a little something on my dolls, think I will go take a nap now! The extension date is fine by me!

How is everybody coming along? Do we need a bit more time? I know with all that's been going on like the baby swap and the workshops and all that, that time has a way of sneaking up on us. If we need to set the date back a little, we can. I haven't received any entries yet.

Oh dagnabbit!! Remind me to take pictures of the prizes tomorrow!

Well if you push the date back maybe I would have a chance to enter ( but I don't know since I don't even have the kit.

Okay, I'm going to allow just another two weeks and this is the last time moving it since we are basically just painting and taking photos.

My baby has been ready for a while since I didn't have to worry about rooting her in time. I haven't taken pictures yet, but that won't take long.

Thanks Karen! My Tabby has been painted but not assembled, just started putting her together yesterday. I had flu and a cold the past month and couldn't get well enough to finish Liusan. Now, at least, I will get Tabby finished and photographed in time. At least we don't have to worry about an outfit!

Finally got my Tabatha done after time out for custom orders and the workshop. Just when I was close to finishing, I got sick and went in the hospital, so this extension was a lifesaver Karen. I'm all done now, just trying to get the pics done. None of them seem to look good enough.

Karen, are we supposed to put the hands and feet in 1 collage or a separate collage for the hands and feet? If separate, that would be 5 pics, right? Just don't wanna screw up on my first contest.

I can finally work on my Tabatha tonight as I've finally finished custom rooting

I am just about ready for photos so I am keen to hear Karen's answer too so I do the right photos.

EDIT: Sue I ended up doing jsut one collage for both hands and feet, so only 4 pics in total.

Thanks Lyn...I am doing the rest of my pics this morning. The ones I took yesterday just didn't look right, I think it wasn't bright enough out. It's nice and sunny today, so I'm gonna go outside and take some pics under the awning and some in the sunlight. Then I'll decide which ones look better.

That's what I interpreted it as, that you take pictures of both sides of the hands and feet and then put them all into one collage. I need to retake my hands and feet picture, they're too pale and dark looking. I retook some of Tabatha, and they turned out much better.

now....... HOW IN THE WORLD.....did I miss this??? UGH! No time to order kit...or paint. O well, maybe next time

Karen, I was just wondering if we can root the eyelashes?

I hope so, because that's what I did...she looks weird without eyelashes.

Absolutely!

A little more than 24 hours to get your entries in. So far we have 4 entries. I really need to go take photos of the prizes. If you sent me your entry via PM, please be sure to email them to me. Also, please make each photo an attachment. Easier for me to download and keep together since I need to rename photos so nobody knows who did what.

I can't wait to see all the Tabathas. I probably don't have a chance of winning, but this will be fun anyway.

Next time you do this why not put it in a seperate category? Then those of us who are interested could find it easier?
