| That's great Peggy! I'm getting anxious too...keep looking at little lulu and wishing I could start on her. I think I'd better box her up and put her on the closet shelf so I won't be so tempted! | |

| I have my Audrey still in the box sealed so I don't look and want to get started. Looked at Noe for over a couple of weeks from the last class and I thought class would never start, ssemed like it took forever. So I decided to keep it closed. Looked at the supply list and have everything so no waiting for supplies.........By the way is it December Yet!!!!!!!!! | |

| [i]My kit should arrive late this week, but probably sometime next week, but I am wearing out the stairs watching for the delivery truck anyway, lol. SInce it is coming from the US and I am in Canada, I expect it to take longer. All I need is Allison, the magic eraser and the BB paints Roxan has so graciously offered to order and send to me, and I will be all set. I don't have Flesh 06, but figure since I have all the burnt umbers, I should be able to make it or a close resemblance to it. I think I also have the red 06 and not 07 but all the other reds so should be able to tint it close enough. I should have looked closer before I ordered, but I know I can come close enough with what I have. I have a lot of Genesis paints that I got when I was just starting and bought lots that others were selling off cheap. Some I have 2 and 3 of. I a not sure I will ever use the silver, lol. I can't wait to see Allison!!!! Thanks Lara and Roxan!!!! | |

| [i]Allison finally arrived today!!!! I am so happy to have here with me finally!! Thank you so much Lara!!! If everyone packed like you do, Lara, costs for shipping would be a lot cheaper!!! I have never gotten a full size kit in such a small sized box before, and no cramped limbs or smushed head, either!!! You pack like I do, lol. With 9 kids, I used to go to sales where you put all you could fit in a bag for a set price and everyone was amazed with how much I always got in compared to everyone else. I tried to tell them fold, fold, fold, and fill in the small spaces with small items. Most people just grab and throw things in and think what great deals they got until they saw what I got. It was even better when my girls got older and went with me and we all got bags. They did the same thing, and we sure made a killing on those days.
Anyway, TYTYTYVM Lara!!!! I am so happy Allison is here!!! I can now look at her and think what clours I want her hair to be and her clothes too, and I think she will be wearing yellow. I already have her frilly yellow socks and matching frilly hair bow. TY!!! | |

| I try to get them in the smaller boxes. It really depends on how long their legs are. Even a little smooshed head will pop back into place after you bake it once. You should see how some of the heads look when I get them in from the Netherlands!!!! lol..... As for the magic eraser....it's not a must, but if you get a drop of the paperglaze anywhere you don't want it, you can use it REAL SOFT to get it off. They are nice to have around. With 5 kids, and all the crayon on the wall    I personally couldn't live without them!!!! If you want, when you are applying the Aleene's paper glaze, just put a paper towel over her face and cut out holes for her eyes and mouth (if you are making her mouth wet) that way, there is no way to get it on her cheek or anything by accident. Always best to be safe. :) | |

| [i]I did it again. I just couldn't wait, I had to see how she would look put together. So I stuffed her body, and put her together, just loose enough I could see her and dress her but still take her apart again, ans she is sure bigger than a newborn!! I have a Christmas outfit on her and she looks so cute, imagining she has eyes, lol. Just need to tweak her cloth body a bit. Her little tushie has points sticking out each side!!! Can't have that now! Glad I know now and can fix it instead of finding out when she was all done and I was putting her together. She sure is a cutie!!! I was surprised at her size, but happy too. Wish I had a camera and could take pics of the difference. Hurry up Dec 1st!!!!! | |
