I feel so stupid asking this but I just want to make sure. On page 52 of the Peaches and Cream eBook, Blush#2, "since we are doing an
open-eyed baby, you also want to add a bit of red around where eyes will be," exactly where around the eyes is this? Around the inside
rim of the eye?

Yes, rim the eye with the blush. It makes it look more natural.
