I am Lois Williams from Hamburg, NY. My nursery is all4Him Reborn Nursery. I have been making reborns for about a year. Before that I made porcelain dolls and had my own kiln, molds, etc. I took a number of painting classes through Seeley. When I discovered reborning vinyl dolls, I was hooked. I am a retired school teacher and attempt to supplement my income through the reborns. So far I have spent much more than I have made through the sell of the reborns. I really enjoy making the dolls and love learning new skills.

So good to have you here! There is someone else on the board that used to make the porcelain dolls. How neat! This in an expensive hobby...I agree with you on that one! It seems the more you make, the more you spend!!

I love porcelain dolls. I used to have a nice collection until someone stole them. I found one just like the one my grandmother gave me as a child at the goodwill(thrift store) for $4. I was so excited!!
Reborning is wonderful so I have a small collection of these now. Welcome again!!

Welcome to the forum Lois!! I think you will love it around here!!! I just don't know about supplementing an income!!!! I haven't got there yet!!! Between the kits, and the clothes I am a goner!!!! I hope you enjoy being around with us!

Hi Lois and welcome. A retired school teacher- hopefully you won't get me on my spelling because sometimes my fingers wonder to the wrong keys and my grammer gets alittle poor when I'm tired and can't think.
