Will you please critique my Thomas Awake?

Hi!  Here is my finished Thomas Awake (now Jorja, named by her new mommy).  She is my third AA baby, and I would love suggestions on how to do better:)  I'm not sure I am entirely happy with her eyebrows, among other things.  Thanks for any input!  

OMGOSH LISA!! You are doing AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!  I cant even do an AA baby!!! WOW!!!! You got the magic touch!!!!

She is beautiful! I love her skintones! If anything, I would say her creases on her hands might be a bit too pink.
