silicon babies painting with genesis

I am wondering if somebody can help me out please.
I like to paint my silicon baby with genesis paints, but living in Australia we can't buy the products to mix the paint with like its described in Lara's ebook.
So far I understand you still have to mix the paint with a solvent and bake after every layer.
But I can't use that odourless solvent on my silicon baby.
Correct me if I am wrong.
If there is somebody in the group from Australia can you help me out please
