I have bought glass eyes at a really good price from this seller on ebay: plad1988
And they are beautiful! They sell acrylic eyes also although I haven't tried them.
Bountiful baby's website sells reasonable acrylic eyes and I think they are pretty good for acrylic.
DollDream's website also sells acrylic eyes but I have not tried them out.
