Hi my name is Laura,

I am in AZ and thinking about making a reborn baby. I have been looking around and reading, but still not sure if I can do this. My hubby has lost his job and I work from home for a call center, but I would love to be able to make these wonderful babies for other people.

I love this site and decided to join and hope to make new friends.

Thank you
Laura

Hi Laura, a very warm welcome to the forum, you will find the ladies on this forum are more
than willing to help newbies. Its an expensive hobby to start with as so much is needed,
but you could ask for these as Christmas/Birthday presents, a great way to start your collection.

I see that Lara has her DVD reduced for the moment, and a couple of those would be most helpful
to you.

Bountiful Babies sell very good priced kits, and they also have a sale at the moment.

Happy reborning.

Sorry that your hubby has lost his job, its tough out there in the workplace, same here in England.

Hi Laura,
Welcome to REAL! This is a very expensive hobby but my eBook(link in my signature) shows you how to get the supplies you actually need plus a kit to start for less than $200. It also shows you how to paint your first baby. The paint you get for the eBook will last for many many babies so you won't need to replace those for your next one. If we can help you in anyway, just let us know. bigsmile

Hi guys,

Sorry I didnt post much, a bit shy and not sure what to say lol. I will have to see what I can do about supplies. Thank you for the info about the DVD and ebook. I might start with the ebook first and go from there.

Funny you should speak of England, that is where my hubby is from, Sawbridgeworth. He is a fine English Gentleman lol.

I am sure I will have questions later.

Going to go read some more before stepping into it. What topic is the best to place questions under?

Thank you,
Laura

If your questions are about an eBook, you can post in the eBook section. If your questions are about reborning in general, Cozy lounge or Help section would be appropriate. :real:
