New member =)

Hi, I've been lurking around here for a while now and I really have found that I like this place =)

I only started this hobby in late June/early July after my grandfather passed away in May... I had been taking care of him for almost a year & a half... so afterwards I really just wanted to find something fun and rewarding to do for the summer before I go back to school to finish my program. And the idea of making a doll for my little cousin for christmas was the first thing that entered my mind, so then I started researching everything and that's when I came across the reborn kits and saw how beautiful people were making them... and I just sort of dived right in =) I really, really love doing this now.

So far I have only made two babies (working on #'s 3 & 4 now) and luckily they have both found new homes recently through ebay... to me that seems like good enough proof I'm doing at least an okay job so I'm really looking forward to learning more and making more beautiful babies =)

Hi, so glad you joined RealReborn. I would love to see some photos of your babies. So sorry to hear of your grandfather. This is a very comforting hobby, painting and seeing your great results.
