| Hello everyone, My name is Susan and although I'm fairly new to reborning (going on 2 years), I'm not new to dollmaking. I adored dolls all through my childhood and about 25 years ago I went into a Salvation Army store and found a doll that needed a little work done on her. I just couldn't bear seeing dolls in this condition so I went on for many years to repair dolls that had been treated badly. Several years ago I discovered fashion doll repainting and then on to reborning which I love and is like a dream come true. Sorry to go on and on but as you can tell, dolls are my greatest passion! I hope to learn from all of you veterans and I'm glad to be here  Susan | |

| Thank you all for such a warm welcome! I'm glad to be here and am looking forward to taking several of Lara's classes. I purchased the Older Baby E-Book some time ago and it helped me tremendously. There's even gonna be a hands on class here in Grand Rapids, MI that I hope to be able to attend.

Hi Susan, so glad you joined! I also used to collect old play dolls and repair them. And then came reborning and that became my new thing. You will love learning and chatting here. 
I tried going into that, bought a bunch of dvds on ebay ... 
Just wasn't for me!
