| Like Lyn mentioned they are two different things so if the lesson mentions glazing gel for the lips and nails it is to give a more glaze appeal and on your thinning medium it is for thinning your paints. You can use the thinning medium also with the glazing gel but only in the lessons that call for it. | |

| Connie, I don't use the glazing gel to mix color with for nails and lips, I use the thinning medium because my glaze is too thick to mix with paint. When I want to add the moist look, I just use the glaze by itself, so if you are doing the lips and nails and it calls for glazing gel, you CAN use thinning medium and then gloss the nails and lips like the way you would normally do on any other baby. | |

| Hi Connie,
The higher the number, the lighter the color. You can find a lot of the mixes in the section of the forum called Genesis Heat Set Paint Recipes. Here's the link to the post Lara made to make Q Crimson http://www.realreborn.com/t4743-how-to-mix-quinacridone-crimson
and here's a link to view all the colors of GHSP-click on Colors at top of page http://www.genesisartistcolors.com/ | |
