I think those are specialty eyes that come with glitter in them...?

hiya, i did fairy number 1, i did her in a autumn style, her eyes are not the original ones i wanted as i had trouble putting them in, thank you everyone for your votes x

I was going to do an autumn baby too, until I realized that the voting would take place in December! I had an autumn color outfit all cut out ready to sew and little artificial autumn leaves to drape around him. Then I thought, I need to make it winter! So, I changed gears. Your baby's colors are great! Love the hair.
