i want do paint Mia by Adrie Stoete; do I neutralize the vinyl the same way as mentionned in the e-book?

The best way to neutralize the vinyl of your particular kit is to check with the color wheel. Find the color closest resembling the blank vinyl then go directly across from it on the wheel. That will be your neutralizing color.
