There are a couple different ways to do this. The first is to use berry makers. You can buy them at Michaels or craft stores. Cut the tips off, so they are flat. Take your blush mixture and pounce where you want the honeycomb effect. Now take your berry maker and spin it in a circle to "lift off" a circle of your blush paint. It should leave a little white circle. You can use different sized berry makers and work over all your vinyl using this technique. Just be sure to keep your berry maker dry between each "lift off".
The second way, is to use tweezers and pull out little holes on the bottom of a cosmetic sponge. Use this to apply your blush. You can't be as uneven as with the berry makers, and it will leave a sort of pattern, since you are pressing the same circles over and over...BUT it is great for beginners that don't quite have the knack off the berry maker, or it is good if you are planning on doing real subtly mottling or honeycombing where your pattern won't be as obvious.
I know others use the berrymakers in the flesh tone and use them to APPLY little white circles over your blushed baby. I have never tried that method, though.
Hope that helps....
