Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Homemade Baily's Irish Creme

1 Can Eagle Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
12 oz Irish Whiskey or your choice (bourbon works)
Blend in Blender
Add 16 oz carton of Heavy Cream
Refrigerate! Enjoy!!
