Elf/Santa class coming soon! finished pics. added

Here are a few Work in progress pictures on my Winter Wonderland Elf. You can use any kit you would like for your Elf. Ofelia Auer is the kit I chose to use as my Elf. She is NOT the free kit.
Some pictures are examples of painting older skin on face and hands.  Or you could just paint a simple version of Santa.  You can dress them up as Santa or Mrs. Claus  during the holidays or  decide to use them as an older man or woman though out the rest of the year. I will be showing how to make armatures for your Santa or any large doll, as well as making magnetic added pony tails for the Elf , applying wigs and some face/ design painting..
This is a perfect class for lades to do with their daughters or granddaughters.
The class starts on November 6th 2017. I still have some free Elf kits available for joining the class.
I will be posting pictures of the finished dolls in outfits a little later on.

The finished Claus's are spectacular!!! Are you keeping them or are you going to make an auction for them? I think they will soar if you sell them! They are so realistic!

Thanks Lara, I had a great teacher!! I learnt everything I know from your classes and Ebooks.  I remember in one Ebook a  year or two ago you said to add this dark green to the thinner, hmmmmmmm. I know I walked around the kitchen with a loaded paintbrush in my hand for 15 minutes. Finally I jumped in and applied it to my doll.. The shade turned out perfect, To this day I have never questioned a thing. Lara knows her stuff , No doubt!

OMG!!! I actually have done the same thing LOL... afraid to jump in. Kathy, your dolls from the Santa class are truly breathtaking!! I think all of them are more beautiful than any of the prototypes . I just love them !! You are an amazing artist!

The Ofelia Elf , she sold within hours of listing buy it now. Santa/Mrs Claus are still in auction. ladies don't seem to prefer the larger dolls. The larger character dolls are harder to sell.
