Artist of the Year Contest AOTY 2016

Hi Everyone!!!      

Please take a minute to cast your vote for one of these beautiful babies!! For those of you that haven't seen this contest before,  these babies have all won an Artist of the Month Contest (AOTM) during the whole year of 2016!

Our AOTM Contests are run every month (as long as we have the required numbers to run the contest).  So there may or may not be 12 entrants in the AOTY contests! (This year we have 11 entries).

The winner of the AOTY Contest will receive a special logo and a beautifully engraved trophy with their name and nursery on it, provided by our forum founder Lara!!

So glad you asked about the poll's end.  As other people have asked me too, i thought i would make a general answer here, so that i wont have to put it again in private messages:

Here is how the poll works:

After I upload all the pictures for the contest, and type in Baby #1, etc etc,  there is a little box at the bottom of the page and I just type in the numbers of entries, 1 thru however many i need, then I click the button where it says How many days:  (there are several choices),  and i clicked on the "5 days" option.  

After that, the whole contest poll is run by the polling program,  it is totally out of my hands in every aspect. (I know i know you all thought i was a genius
or something - lol NOT)    I CAN alter my TEXT ONLY (where i tell everyone to please vote etc etc) for typos etc etc which i did several times, so the time stamp reflects my last typo fix and not the actual time i hit "SEND" when i put up the poll.

I'm not even sure how to delete the contest.  I think that is why Sarah had to re-start the whole thing a few times as we cant alter the poll once it
begins. So its, " leave it alone or totally delete it".    It's a forum website mini program. That is also why its a WONDERFUL thing, that we all know the vote counts are 100% accurate and an honest poll!

The poll doesnt show me any other info-- not a day or time or time zone as to when it will end. There is no counter ticking down, nada (Im sure free programs are not very sophisticated). I have guessed in the past and been wrong, and i dont want to disappoint anyone with a wrong forecast and someone missing out on voting!  

So as i dont even remember what time i put it up for sure, as i fixed my typos etc, i dont know when it will shut down.  I would recommend to all those that wait till the last minute... dont!  Get your votes in, and let your dolly voices be heard! If you vote within the first few days, you wont miss out for sure!

You can "try" and guess the end time by the time stamp of when i put up the poll and hope that will be the time for sure. We all have DAYS to vote, so it shouldnt be a problem. (last time i was wrong when i guessed the exact time it would end! )

I made the mistake of looking at your "post time" when I wasn't logged onto the forum. (When you are not logged on, the forum displays GMT) The poll actually locked at 7:13 Central time and number 6 (BearySweetHearts) is the Artist of the Year! Thank you Jenny for the awesome job you have done with the AOTM and AOTY contests!

I can never figure this time thing out!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr LOL @ me!!! I feel so out of the loop sometimes!!! How can 7: central time equal 22:00??? I am on eastern time too.. too much for my old brain to figure out!!!
