Does anyone know where and/or if you can buy cosmetic wedges for reborning with holes already in them?

If you can't find any already made, most ladies just make them for themselves they are simple to make ,
Just cut tiny little holes into the cosmetic wedge with the tip of your scissors till you get the correct size you are happy with. I have some with larger holes and some with smaller holes. Remember to cut or round the corners a bit then practice, practice till you get effect you are looking for.
MacPhersons sells the sea and kitchen type sponges already made with handles they are great to have also.

I can make you a few if you like. I use flat scissors to make my holes. Just pm me if your interested
