I love my Annie from Barb

Barb "talked me into" doing a swap with her -- LOL. I'm still relatively new at all this and wasn't real comfortable that my babies would be as good as someone else's but I bit the bullet and did it. I am so, so glad I did. I got my Annie from her today and I am totally in love with this baby ... she is perfect! Barb had already warned me that she didn't root hair and offered to pay someone else to do it, but I told her not to ... that I could do it myself. Well, let me go on the record right now and say this baby isn't getting any hair! She is so cute bald ... her little head is perfect ... the mottling and skin tones are gorgeous ... and I love, love, love being able to change her clothes and pose her without having to worry about messing up hair.

I was on my way out the door when this box arrived. Of course I had to stay and open it.!


I knew I was in for a treat when I saw this oasis of pink!


I got so excited when I saw those cute little toes peeping out.


Barb had wrapped cute little gifts with pretty paper and bows and included her "reborn certificate."


She had her dressed in a beautiful little pink bubble!


And here she is ... my beautiful little "Annabelle."


And her beautiful layette ... all pink ... of course!


I am going to have so much fun dressing this baby up!

i too like bald babies, for the same reason you said  plus there are so many hat bow or ribbon options, hair just gets in the way in my opinion and im a terrible hair stylist
