March 2013 Round Robin

“Then Came Baby” is the theme for this month. It must have been June when I volunteered for this and when thinking of weddings I counted and nine months later is March. So the idea is things for full size newborns – including props for pictures of a newborn. You can ask for other things if you wish.

General Round Robin Swap Rules:
1. Sign ups for any given month will be limited to two weeks. If you miss out on one month, you'll have to wait for the next month to participate.
2. You must sign up for each month you choose to participate, including filling the questions form again.
3. Gifts must be mailed out in time for your recipient to receive the gift the first week of the following month. For example: For the March swap, mail out your package no earlier than however long it would take for the package to be delivered by the beginning of the second week in March (which is Monday the 11th). Please use your discretion when mailing internationally since it generally does take longer. You will have 2-3 weeks to do your shopping, depending on where your recipient lives.
4. Each month will have a theme but you are not restricted to using the theme. This is strictly a matter of choice.
5. Gifts must be no less in value than $15 and no more than $25. This would be retail cost if you make homemade items.
6. Gifts must have something to do with or for reborns.
7. Do not contact your recipient directly to ask any questions. If you need to know something that wasn't answered on the question sheet, please contact me and I will get back to you with the answer.
8. Protect yourself when you mail out your package. Use certificate of mailing, delivery confirmation or certified mail (some way to prove you've mailed your package) when you send your package in case questions arise.
9. Pictures aren't always feasible for some people, but posting a public thank you to your giver is a must.
10. This swap is open to reborners and collectors alike.
11. Items must be new including handmade items unless requested by recipient (i.e. vintage bottle, etc)
*** You must be age 18 or over to participate. Sorry, but it’s the law.

Rules specific to the March swap.
1. Sign up between now and February 15th at noon Central Daylight Time to participate in the March swap by emailing the list of questions to maybella @beasleywireless.net. Take the space out of the address so it works. Email only please unless that fails.
2. You will receive the name you will purchase for no later than February 16th (unless you are out of country and east of the US. Along with the list of questions they've answered.
3. Packages must be mailed in time for the delivery to be made between March 4 - 11 (Yes we know some are a bit later - but plan on March 11!)
4. You may choose to keep with the theme if you wish, but It’s entirely your choice.

I've gotten answers from MsKayla Gal, Tanya1975 and SL Martens which makes ten with me. I must have counted wrong before.

You've set two different dates for the sign up ending.

Glad I decided to pop in and check out the forum, I almost missed this one!

I got emails from FoxyRoxySmile and EryMax - so that makes 12 for March.

I just sent out an email to all of you. I noticed that the questionaire no longer asks if you smoke or have pets. That is vital to know because some people did say they are allergic.

I miscounted the number there are really 11. I have heard from enough people that I am able to assign who is sending to whom - so those will be going out as soon as I can get it done.

The assignments have been made (thanks to so many of you replying to my question this morning). The emails have been sent. Please feel free to ask any questions. I will email your 'person' and ask.

I just sent a reminder to everyone. I hope you are all up to speed. I forgot to add, to the email, that you need to tell me when you ship and provide the tracking number.
