Does anyone have the name "Cute as a Pixie Nursery"?

I've looked on as many sites as I could find and googled it. So far, I haven't found anyone with the name. How do you go about registering a name????

If you dont find anyone with the name then you can start using it. You can go get an assumed name that way it becomes yours. Many dont do that, they just use the name they come up with.

How do you get an assumed name?

I am not sure if its the same everywhere but here we go to the tax office and talk to them. Thats where we got ours.
