| Just came across this site with all the wonderful babies. I live in the UK and I love vintage prams, I have 6 of them, and put reborns in them and take them to events. The prams are much admired and then people peep inside and think it is a real baby in there. Please take a look at my website, which is being upgraded, www.vintagepramfan.com | |

| Hello & Welcome to our group. What a beautiful black & white pram you have listed for July! You may just find a baby or two that you can't resist. | |

| Thank you for your nice comment about the Pram of the Month on my website, it does look black and white and I added that to the description, but have just been told by its owner that it is actually maroon and cream!
I love ALL the babies on here, I went to Alabama ten years ago to visit my cousin who lives in B'ham there, if I ever go again I shall want to see these lovely babies!!! You are all so talented!

I am a short drive outside of Birmingham, AL so be sure to let us know when you come to visit again!

| Thank you all for your warm welcome. I would love to have some of your babies to display in my lovely prams. I am not sure if coachbuilt prams are popular in USA, if you happen to own one then please add it to the pictures on my website www.vintagepramfan.com or just have a look at the prams on there and imagine one of your babies in them! Oh should just add that the website is fairly new so keep checking in as I will be featuring some of the reborn babies which are made by English ladies. A lot of them use the vintage prams to display the reborns, some of them even take the prams out for a walk with a reborn in! I haven't had the courage to do this yet!!! | Hi Yes, I have restored a couple of prams but the ones on the site belong to other people who have restored them themselves, or had someone do the job for them. More to come onto the site, so keep checking in, we have some stunning prams here in the UK but only Silver Cross still make the coachbuilt ones.
I have an old dolls' pram from 1952 that belonged to my cousin and I have restored that to a reasonable standard so my 3 year old granddaughter can play with it. It will have a full makeover when she lets me have it back!!!
Also I have just bought a Marmet droptoe pram and that needs some work, it is from 1947, but in remarkable condition really.
Do you have shows for your reborns? In the UK we have doll shows where people display their reborns and sell them, I daren't go because I would want them all.
