Bottom of pan: spray with Pam, layer coconut and chopped walnuts or pecans.
Prepare a German chocolate cake mix according to directions(I have trouble finding this, I have used swiss chocolate cake mix but like using choclate fudge better)
Pour cake batter over nuts and coconut.
In bowl, mix 8oz cream cheese, 1 stick softened butter and a bag of confectioners sugar.(I mix a little less of this, it makes a lot)
Drop this by spoonfuls on top of cake batter. Bake at 350* for 45min. This is wonderful right out of the oven and cold too. It reheats good in the microwave.
