I received an order to make a custom baby last week , and I told the lady I was going to start her baby this month but her rooting I could start just next month and the baby would be done around March 15th .. She paid half of the baby doll and I have bought some supplies already ..
Today I found this on my messages :
"Joyce, I hate to do this but I need to cancel my order. I apologize for not being patient, but I found another baby I can get right now, and since you haven't started mine yet, I didn't want to wait anymore, God bless and keep on reborning, you do an awesome job,.............."
Now , I don't know what say , I don't have her money to refund her anymore .. I never had someone cancelling a custom order .. Please help :(
