Cut peppers in half and hollow them out (I use jalapenos but if you are heat sensitive use bell peppers).
cook sausage and bacon
then mix with cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
fill the pepper and then sprinkle parm. cheese on top
bake at 350 until cheese is melted and kinda golden brown.
We sometimes add sun dried tomatoes, crab and bacon instead and then no sausage. You can get creative with the mixture.
