| It's so nice to be back. I'm Darlene. I reside in Katy, TX. I'm originally from Massachusetts. I moved here almost 10 1/2 years ago. I was a member of this forum several years ago. I loved to browse and look at all the lovely creations everyone would post. I think it's time I got back to it and create some of my own. I just finished a doll this week that I'm rather pleased with. She is my second doll. I wasn't very pleased with my first doll a few years back so, I was a little gun shy on making another one that could produce the same unwanted appearance. I dug out all my DVDs and I've been paying close attention to them. I'll be brave and post my lasted baby who I call Leah. She is from the newborn Eliza sculpt. I purchase a 'seconds' kit from Bountiful Baby. I'm hoping to graduate into the more costly kits I have stashed. Sandie told me you ladies would be the ones to turn to for excellent guidance in technique. I'm thankful for this.  | |

I am now working on my second reborn (should be complete tomorrow) and the results are so pleasing to me thanks to much help I've rec'd from people in this forum!!! | Thank you both for the warm welcome!! I'm not sure exactly where I've posted her because I'm getting used to the navigation on the forum. I hope you like her.   I decided to edit so I could add her photos in here.. She's my second doll. Her name is Leah.
